Service Description

No matter where you are and whether or not you're taking medication, every patient will have regular follow-up appointments to monitor progress. These sessions are not check-ins you may be used to - we are a team and will talk about how things are going in all aspects of your life.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If patient is does not give advanced notice for more than 3 visits, they will be dismissed from my care.
